Key items were supplied by us, toilet, sink, faucet pieces, fixtures, windows, doors & so on, because we wanted specific things. I suggest doing that after several contracts with different folks – but I’m really detail-oriented. You better get your stuff ready because they hit the ground running. The columns are sunk over 3 ft. deep & tarred. It’s stronger built than the plans but the finished product looked like the picture on the plans. Disappointments about the actual space & challenges that come up when faced with reality turned out like they never happened. Remodeling is an adventurous ordeal you know. 
 Charles is honest about what he feels comfortable doing so what he does rocks. He can outsource what he doesn’t do with his own crew but he didn’t need to in my case. Gone without a trace, no garbage – OK sawdust on the grass is all I can come up with. 

 What a relief for something to turn out the way I wanted. If you’re looking for the best price, settle for a fair price. In this case it really paid off & is the best contract I’ve done in 20 years living in 1 house.

Custom Patio

Charles Teer and his crew were quick to respond, informative, and pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. The entire project was custom designed, built to our exact specifications and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Covered Patio Cover

Infinite Custom Patios over-delivered on what they quoted. The orientation of my garage compared to my house provided a challenging configuration, and Charles was able to create a covered patio that exceeded my expectations! The finish work was wonderful, the electrical was what was agreed upon, and I appreciate Charles being open to discussion about any issues that arose throughout the process. Even though the whole process took a bit longer than expected, the end product is what was important, and in the grand scheme of things is not important. I would definitely hire Charles and Infinite Custom Patios again, and I recommend him without reservation.

Large Custom Deck

We are grateful we chose Charles and Infinite Custom Patios to build a large deck for our house. We talked to several contractors and received several quotes. Charles stood out due to his responsiveness, pricing transparency, and the ability to partner on design collaboration. We had a lot of ideas going into this process – and we believe we got to the right design – because we were able to work with Charles. He was great to work with, and so was his whole team. He was true to his timeline and very efficient. We plan to work with him on future projects (a patio for a different part of the house).

Outdoor Kitchen

We were looking to have an outdoor kitchen installed on our outdoor 4th-floor terrace. We invited somebody from Infinite Custom Patios out to our place to view the area and start sharing some ideas. On a rainy Sunday, on time and as planned Charles arrived ready to stand in the rain to take some measurements, share some ideas, and really start to build some excitement around our project. He came prepared with:

– Sample stone and granite

– Recommendations for appliance manufacturers

– Recommendations for appliance providers

– A list of showrooms that we could look at for granite, rock, appliances, hardware ideas

– Pictures of past projects

Charles was the first contractor that we had invited out to our place to start providing ideas and estimates. We liked him and felt comfortable with him immediately, and decided to have him, his team and Infinite Construction perform the work.

The full scope of the project was to install an outdoor kitchen that included a 42” grill, side burner, sink, beverage center (ice bin and small sink), ice maker, refrigerator, and beverage cooler as well as all of the drawers and cabinet’s, all of the plumbing, electrical and gas work. The project was to take 2 weeks, one of which we were on vacation, it ran maybe a few days over the estimated time, but the end result was well worth it. Our friends are blown away by what Charles and team did.

A few months after the install was completed we decided we needed another electrical outlet, and at no charge, Charles had his electrician out to perform the work. Everybody was polite, courteous, and professional. There was plastic that ran all the way up our stairs to ensure dust and dirt didn’t get spread, and the kitchen when completed needed little more than a wipe down.

We would recommend Infinite Construction, and would in a heartbeat have them back for any other projects we may have.

Patio Cover

Excellent! I had continuous contact with Charles, the owner, for any questions and refinements along the way. His foreman and team were wonderful, punctual and worked all day, every day that the weather allowed. The workmanship was even better than I could have imagined. I had a lot of confidence in Charles prior to the start of the job, based on our conversations, as he was very knowledgeable and responsive. But the actual finished product is Perfect. Everyone that sees the patio has commented on how professional and amazing the final product looks. I have a friend that’s considering a patio addition in the future and is determined to get this crew for her work. I had no problems at all during the construction phase. No missed days or misunderstandings. It was truly a hassle free construction project and a complete pleasure.

Deck

“Project went very well. I have worked with Charles before on a larger project, so I knew that he was going to be able to handle this one easily. There were some interesting challenges because I wanted to reuse as many of the old deck’s posts as possible to avoid digging in the area of the pool plumbing and possibly breaking lines. Charles and his crew knew how to brace and reinforce the old substructure to minimize the digging. They did a good job in finishing the deck and skirt. Also, while he was out on this job, he helped me with a warranty claim on a balcony rail from a previous project. I was skeptical that the supplier would provide new materials several years after installation, but Charles worked with his wholesaler and the manufacturer’s rep to get them to acknowledge there was a material flaw in the original rail and replace it. Then he had his guys install the new railing at no charge to me. I don’t think many contractors would do that and it was much appreciated.”

Pergola

Infinite Custom Patios did a beautiful job. They built a pergola in our backyard in West University, and the detail work was very nice. They even went beyond their job by hanging a hammock up as we requested. Charles was a pleasure to work with.

Quality Material = Quality Deck

Materials were great quality. The workmanship was very good. Price was very fair. This deck has style that I didn’t expect, even better than I imagined.

Composite Deck

Charles and his team did a fabulous job replacing three decks with composite. Charles was very patient and helpful in selecting material and color. The team’s attention to detail was impressive and the price was competitive. Charles was very easy to work with and texted pictures and questions where appropriate.
